If any maintenance is needed to your property, we can liaise with specialist local tradesmen to ensure that the work is completed in a timely and efficient manner to the required specification.

We also take care of the statutory requirements such as smoke detector testing, boiler maintenance, portable electrical appliance (PAT) testing and chimney sweeping giving you and your customers complete peace of mind.
